Our Story

One Café was founded in Bath to bring together two things we love: brilliant specialty coffee and food that genuinely makes you feel good. We work with independent roasters, source the freshest seasonal ingredients, and prepare our chia puddings, overnight oats, protein balls and raw bakes in small batches. The space doubles as a gallery for local artists under our "Culture at One" programme — coffee, wellness, and contemporary art under one roof.
